Two dingo pups arrived at Perth Zoo on 30 April 2011. The brother and sister are pure-breed Alpine dingos born on 13 March at the Australian Dingo Conservation Association in New South Wales.
Following a naming competition, the female has been called Mirri, which means wild dog, and the male has been called Daku, which means sand.
The dingos are on display at the entrance to the Australian Bushwalk. Come for the special dingo presentation at 2:30 pm every day.
