Perth Zoo is arguably one of the best small zoos in the world. More than half a million visitors come through our gates each year, making Perth Zoo the most popular capital city zoo (on a per capita basis) in Australia. Each year, around 60,000 school children participate in our environmental and conservation-based education programs.
Perth Zoo cannot achieve its mission without support. To continue its valuable work, the Zoo looks to government and private organisations and the wider community for support.
