Zoo To You
Are you looking for a dynamic speaker at your next meeting or function?
Perth Zoo has a panel of volunteer speakers available to present a variety of interesting, exciting and informative talks to your community group or organisation on your own premises - free of charge!
We visit:
- Rotary Meetings
- Probus Clubs
- Wider Vision
- Sporting Clubs
- University of the Third Age
- Senior Citizens' Clubs
- plus many more!
Perth Zoo speakers will shed new light on behind the scenes aspects of Australia's favourite zoo and cover a wide range of topics such as conservation and breeding programs, new animal births and other changes at the Zoo.
Speakers have their own talks prepared, however, if you have something specific in mind, we can alter a presentation to your liking.
Most talks are one hour in duration but can be shortened or increased to suit your needs.
We prefer engagements in the metropolitan area but other locations will be considered. Bookings must be received at least four weeks in advance, however, we will do our utmost to accommodate talks requested at short notice.
Perth Zoo speakers cannot bring an animal with them for talks outside Perth Zoo.
Bookings
There is no charge for this program, however, donations to Perth Zoo's fundraising programs are welcome. All money raised will go towards Perth Zoo's Wildlife Conservation Action, which supports the conservation of threatened native and exotic species in the wild.
Please telephone (08) 9474 0365 for more information or to book a speaker.
