Motorbike FrogMotorbike Frog
Litoria moorei
Status: Least concern
Distribution: South-west Western Australia

Named for its distinctive call that sounds like a motorbike changing gears, the Motorbike Frog is found near streams, swamps, dams and ponds in south-west Western Australia.

Red-eyed Tree FrogRed-eyed Tree Frog
Litoria chloris
Status: Least concern
Distribution: Coastal Queensland and NSW

The Red-eyed Tree Frog can be distinguished from its relative the Green Tree Frog by its bright reddish-orange eyes and the yellow colour of its inner legs and underbelly. The Red-eyed Tree Frog is an insectivore and feeds mainly on moths and other insects.

Green Tree FrogGreen Tree Frog
Litoria caerulea
Status: Least concern
Distribution: Northern and eastern Australia

The Green Tree Frog is found in a large variety of wet habitats, including urban areas. During the mating season, a deep barking sound can be heard that sounds like timber being sawn.
