Perth Zoo's Conference Centre can accomodate from 10 to 120 people, setup in a choice of layouts, within:
   -Two Seminar Rooms
   -Lecture Theatre 
   -Japanese Garden

We work with you to tailor your event to your requirements, with additional options for:
   -Audio-visual equipment to suit your needs
   -Full catering service
   -A choice of unforgettable animal experiences for your attendees!

Catering 

Mustard Catering is the official caterer for Perth Zoo and can organise delicious breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas and lunches. Why not finish your day with a sundowner or cocktail function?

Please pre-book with Mustard Catering a minimum of five days prior. Contact Mustard's Functions Coordinator on Ph (08) 9367 6331, fax (08) 9474 1566 or email enquiry@mustardcatering.com.au between 9am and 5pm.

Please do not self cater or engage outside caterers.

Definitions
Half Day: 8.30 am – 12.30 pm or 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm
Full Day: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Night: 5.00 pm – onwards

Please note that rates quoted for all venue hire, equipment hire and additional experiences are GST inclusive and subject to change.

Security

Charges apply for seminars and functions held outside office hours (8.30am – 5.30pm, Mon – Fri). This will be booked 15 minutes prior to your required time and is charged at a rate of $45 per hour (minimum 3 hours).

Perth Zoo is a very unique venue, please read the things you need to know before booking.

Make the most of your day with these optional extras!

Make the most of your visit to Perth Zoo by mingling with the animals during your lunch break, inviting a snake to afternoon tea or going behind the scenes with the elephants!

Zoo Entry

The Zoo is open 9am to 5pm daily. Admission into the Zoo grounds is complimentary with a full day seminar room hire.  With a half day seminar hire or full/half day theatre hire, Zoo admission charges apply.

Guided Zoo Tours

Guided one-hour walking tours are available between 9.30am–3.00pm.
Tours must be booked with the Zoo at least one week prior to your seminar or conference

One hour guided walking tour (max 20 people): $4.00pp

Snake Sessions

A snake handler will mingle with your guests during your morning or afternoon tea. (Must be booked at least 2 weeks prior).

Snake Session (approx 20 minutes): $220 ($360 after 5pm)
